Dear Prospective Client,
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your interest in Moore-Grant Construction. We have a reputation for building quality custom built homes in the Sussex County, Delaware area.
Moore-Grant Construction is a local Sussex County Custom Home Builder with Roots dating back to 1969.
Carlton R. Moore, Sr., a native of Sussex County, founded Indian River Land Co., Inc. located in Millsboro, Delaware in 1969. Since that time, Carlton has been selling and developing real estate in the Sussex County area. Carlton has developed over 55 communities. The latest being Beacon Meadows, located just outside of Millsboro and Country Grove located in Delmar.
Realizing the need for custom homes in and outside of these communities Carlton along with his business partner Walter W. Grant and Carlton’s grandson Christopher Moore Lind began Moore-Grant Construction in January 2008.
At Moore-Grant we focus on building relationships, rather than just building your home.
