Becoming Sussex County's Builder of Choice...
Moore-Grant Construction was conceived by Carlton R. Moore, Sr. and his Grandson, Christopher Moore Lind with the aspiration of becoming the area's "Builder of Choice."
Carlton Founded Indian River Land Company, Inc. in 1969 as a Real Estate Brokerage and Developing Firm. Since that time, Carlton and his Partner, Walter W. Grant, have Developed over 50 communities in the Sussex County Area.
While Carlton was Continuing as a Successful Real Estate Developer, Chris was re-thinking is goals. Chris realized they needed to take more of a active role both in and out of their communities. Rather than contracting out work, they would start a General Contracting Firm that would be known as the local's builder of choice.
By building a wide variety of single family homes, townhomes, villas and commercial buildings, Moore-Grant can cover every aspect of construction, allowing for total control and more cost effective production that is passed directly to the buyer.
