Moore-Grant Construction's Design and Build Process is Much Different from that of other Custom Home Builders. Our Team works with a Well Qualified Architect and Designer allowing our Clients to have a Home Designed Specifically to their Desires.
The Process Begins with our Clients Sitting Down with the Architect for a Initial Interview and Discussion Time. During the Design Process Clients will Begin Selections for their New Home.
We Provide Each of Our Clients with Selections they can Touch and Feel Rather than Having them Chose Selections from Catalogs or Websites.
Once the Home is Designed, we Price the Home and Provide Our Clients with Actual Prices Rather than and Estimate Which can Vary once Construction Begins.
During the Construction Phase, Clients will have Pre-Determined Scheduled Walk Throughs With their Superintendent to Keep Aware of the Construction Process.
