Christopher Moore Lind | President
Born and raised in Georgetown, Delaware, Chris is the third generation of Moore's in the Real Estate Industry. After Graduating College with a Degree in Business Management, Chris continued the family tradition as a Project Coordinator and a Realtor® with our Affiliate Indian River Land Company, Inc.
While working in Real Estate, Chris began to re-think his goals. Chris realized the need for Custom Built Homes in the Sussex County Area.
Chris is one of eleven people in the State of Delaware that holds the Designation of Certified Green Professional™ from the National Association of Home Builders.
With the Desire to be "The Better Builder," Moore-Grant was Born.
If you spend much time in Millsboro, you will likely run into Chris and his Wife, Kate, eating at some of their favorite resturants in town.
Cathi Moore Lind | Chief Financial Officer
A native of Georgetown, Delaware, Cathi is the Chief Financial Officer for Moore-Grant overseeing all Financial aspects of the Company. Our Pledge "Quality First - Profit Second" is a Pledge that Cathi upholds each and every day and is Evident through her Dedication to Our Company.
Having worked in the Real Estate and Developing Industries for years, Cathi was the perfect fit for Moore-Grant when it came to finding their CFO.
The Daughter of Carlton R. Moore, Sr., one of our Founders, Cathi and her Husband Terry, Reside in Georgetown.
William Brumbaugh | Sales Manager
Moore-Grant is Proud to Welcome Mr. William Brumbaugh to our Team as our New Sales Manager! Bill comes to us with Years of Experience in the Construction and Real Estate Industries spending most of his time in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Bill is a Realtor® with our Affiliate company, Indian River Land Company, Inc.
Bill spends Countless Time with Clients Assisting with all Phases of the Project from Design, Selections to Final Settlement. His Professionalism and Knowledge is Appreciated by our Clients and is a Valuable Asset to Our Team.
William C. Neeley | Project Superintendent
Overseeing all Projects from Permitting to Final Settlement is William (Bill) C. Neeley. Along with his duties as Project Superintendent, Bill is Moore-Grant's full time Electrician. Bill is a Master Electrician and is a Valuable Asset to our Team. Bill has a Extensive Background in Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing making his position a wealth of knowledge to not only our Staff but our Clients as well.
Bill and his Wife Pam, Reside in Georgetown, Delaware.
